Yes, as a regular flower shop, we always have a variety of flowers in stock, ready to be delivered within two hours. Our online collection showcases flowers that can be delivered within 2 hours around Genoa and Liguria, Italy The availability of the rest of the blooms is automatically shown at checkout. Moste of them are available for same day delivery if order placed before 10:00 AM

What is the range and price of your flowers delivery?
We deliver our flowers all around Genoa, Portofino, throughout Liguria, parts of lower Piedmont, Monaco, and the south of France. The delivery range extends up to 160 km around the city of Genoa. The price rate and availability will be shown at checkout once you enter the delivery address. Additionally, the delivery prices are listed in the Delivery and Payment section.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for my order?
Yes, the date and time range of delivery is available at check out section. The order could be placed any time in advance.
The date of delivery that I want to choose is not available. What should I do?
We check flower availability every day, and if the date is not shown, it means that this type of flower is either out of season or requires more time to be delivered from the growers' fields. In this case, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp so we can suggest the most suitable and available options.
Can I add a personalized message with my flower delivery?
Yes, this service is free of charge, and the message dedicated section is located at the order checkout. If for some reason you forget to add a message, feel free to send us an email at store@flowerjam.net, mentioning the order number or any other relevant information before the scheduled delivery date and time, and we will add a card for free.
Do you offer delivery services for events like weddings or corporate functions?
Yes, our floral studio is actively working on wedding arrangements. More information and our wedding portfolio can be viewed in the WEDDING section.
How far in advance should I place an order for a special event like a wedding?
Usually it takes around 6 weeks to put together wedding project. Also need to take in consideration, that due to the high volume of requests available dates are closing before start of wedding season. We are higly recommending to contact us 6 months before wedding date.
Can I track my flower order once it has been placed?
Not really. After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email or text message on your mobile phone. Once the flowers reach the recipient, we will send a confirmation email or message to you confirming that the flowers have been delivered.
