Refund policy
At Flower Jam (VAT IT0281808), we strive for perfection in every bouquet. Since flowers are perishable items, all sales are final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Quality Guarantee & Issues As flowers are perishable, any quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to report: If you notice any damage or quality issues, please send a clear photo of the arrangement to our WhatsApp at +39 333 879 2828 or email store@flowerjam.net.

Resolution: We do not accept physical returns or exchanges of floral arrangements. However, we will happily provide a Replacement (a new fresh bouquet) if the item was damaged during delivery or does not meet our quality standards. If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement, an in-store credit or a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Important: Claims based on "style preference" or "not liking" the arrangement are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
2. Care Instructions Flowers require water and care. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut the stems and water the arrangement as instructed. Flower Jam is not responsible for flowers that wilt due to lack of proper care by the recipient.
3. Substitutions Seasonality and stock availability may require us to substitute certain blooms. We reserve the right to make substitutions that maintain the same "look and feel" and value as the original bouquet without prior consultation.
4. Delivery & Recipient Responsibility

Correct Information: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient is at the delivery location on the requested date.

Outcome: If the recipient is unavailable (e.g., leaves work early or is out of town), it is not cause for a refund or replacement, as we have fulfilled our delivery obligation. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home to preserve the surprise.
5. Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
